Booking Policy – Royal Lion Hotel

Thank you for choosing Royal Lion, where hospitality comes from the heart. To ensure a smooth and transparent experience, please review our booking policy below.

1. Reservations

• All bookings can be made via our website, email, or phone.

• A valid ID and contact details are required at the time of booking.

• Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.

2. Confirmation

• Your booking will be confirmed via email once full or partial payment is received, depending on your selected rate type.

• For direct bookings, please allow up to 24 hours to receive confirmation.

3. Payment

• We accept cash, bank transfers, and major credit/debit cards.

• A deposit (typically 50%) may be required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due upon check-in unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 3 to 6 days of check-in will incur a 50% charge.

• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

5. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: From 2:00 PM

• Check-out time: Before 11:00 AM

• Early check-ins or late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Modifications

• Date modifications are allowed once, free of charge, if made 72 hours prior to the original check-in date.

• Changes are subject to availability and may affect the rate.

7. Group Bookings

• Group bookings (3 rooms or more) may be subject to different terms and require a 100% prepayment.

• Please contact us directly for customized arrangements.

8. Special Requests

• We strive to fulfill all special requests (e.g., dietary needs, room preferences), but these cannot be guaranteed.

9. Force Majeure

• Royal Lion is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.
